Marcus Aurelius is known as one of the five good emperors of the Roman Empire. He was the last emperor of the Pax Romana; and had one of the largest influences of Stoicism as a philosophy, which was the primary motivation of me naming this fragrance after him.
Stoicism is a philosophy of living a well and virtuous life, with the main virtues being wisdom, courage, temperance/moderation, justice, and living with accordance to nature.
